Support

Beta help, honestly scoped.

TeenVests is in a small, invitation-based beta. There is no public support inbox, forum, or issue tracker yet. The way to reach a human is the channel your invitation came from — reply to the invitation message itself.

Common problems

I got an invite — how do I install the beta?
  1. Install Apple’s TestFlight app from the App Store.
  2. Open the invitation link on your iPhone and accept it.
  3. Install TeenVests from TestFlight. Updates arrive through TestFlight too.

If the link says the beta is full or expired, invite waves are limited — reply through your invitation channel and ask for the next wave.

The app won't open or a card seems stuck
  • Close the app fully and reopen it — a dealt month resumes exactly where it stopped.
  • If a card truly won’t advance, note what the card said and report it through your invitation channel.
  • As a last resort, reinstall from TestFlight — but read the next question first.
Will reinstalling delete my run?

A run in progress lives on your device, so deleting the app removes it. If you were signed in, the run may also be mirrored to the cloud and return on your next sign-in — but we can’t promise when or whether that happens. Treat a run you care about as worth keeping the app installed for, and report any problem through your invitation channel before reinstalling.

Is any of this real money?

No — and it never will ask to be. Every dollar in TeenVests is simulated: the life, the accounts, and the $10,000 practice portfolio. The app never asks for payment details, bank details, or real trades, and it doesn’t give financial advice. If anything claiming to be TeenVests asks for those, it isn’t TeenVests.

A decision went badly. Is the game rigged?

No. Each life is dealt from a seed plus your choices, and the same seed replays the same life. Outcomes follow the run’s rules — sometimes a month is just hard. If a consequence looks wrong or contradictory, that’s a bug worth reporting: include what you chose and what happened.

Reporting a problem well

When you write in through your invitation channel, the useful bits are: your device model and iOS version, what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, and — for game bugs — the life you were playing and roughly which month it stopped making sense. Screenshots help. Crash reports are sent automatically, but a sentence from you is what connects one to a fix.
